SatisHub is a web application that allows the supervision of the complaint management mechanism at the sector/national level by a Professional Association, Central Bank or other regulatory/supervisory Authority. Regulators, Supervisors or Associations thus offer consumers of financial services the means to seek mediation in the event of mistreatment inflicted by a financial institution.

The application ensures the collection and centralization of complaints and claims, then offers the functionalities to dispatch these complaints to the Subject Institutions, follow the assigned processing times, and receive via a dedicated portal the solutions proposed by each Institution which retains its independence as to to its process and complaint handling tool.

It also offers functionality to generate notifications and communicate with the complainant, whose satisfaction is also measured online.
SatisHub archives files and generates statistics and reports for decision support and benchmarking at the sector level.
