SatisPro

SatisPro is a web application that allows the electronic management of the process of handling complaints and claims in a single Bank, Microfinance Institution or Insurance Company whose scope of activities is limited to a country, with or without a network of agencies or branches.
The application manages complaints and claims through the registration, processing and organizational learning phases. It offers functionalities for processing follow-up, notifications and deadline management. It allows communication with the complainant, whose satisfaction is thus measured online. It archives files and generates detailed statistics and reports for decision support.
