SatisPro is a web application that allows electronic support for the complaints and claims handling process in a single Bank, Microfinance Institution or Insurance Company whose field of activity is limited to one country, with or without a network of ‘agencies or branches.
The application manages complaints and claims through the phases of registration, processing and organizational learning. It offers functionalities for the follow-up of the treatment, the notifications and the management of the delays. It makes it possible to communicate with the complainant, whose satisfaction is thus measured online. It archives files and generates detailed statistics and reports for decision support.
